Online store terms of order, delivery, and use. Effective from 26 August 2026.
1. General
The online store is operated by Re-One Oy (hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant" or the "Online Store"). These terms and conditions apply to the commercial relationship between the Merchant and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer" or the "User"). The Online Store sells products to private individuals of legal age and to business customers in Finland. The customer agrees to these terms when placing an order in the online store. The merchant reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.

3. Products and Prices
Product prices include 13.5% or 25.5% VAT. The shopping cart and checkout display the price of the product (including tax) as well as any applicable delivery costs. The merchant reserves the right to change prices and delivery costs. If there is a clear and obvious pricing error (e.g., the product price is €0.00), the order may be cancelled.
4. Payment
You can pay in the online store via Stripe or Klarna. The following payment methods are available:
Card payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay
We ship orders via Posti.
Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and are added to the order at checkout.
The estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days from receipt of the order.
The merchant is not liable for delays caused by force majeure.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (Consumer Customers)
Consumer customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
The cancellation period begins on the day the customer receives the product.
The product to be returned must be unused, in a saleable condition, and in its original packaging.
You must notify us of the cancellation by email at info@re1.fi before returning the product.
The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Service products sold in the store for passenger and parcel transport are not intended for distance selling and are therefore non-returnable.
7. Claims and Liability for Defects
If the product is damaged or incorrect, the customer must notify the Merchant of the defect without delay.
Complaints must be sent in writing to info@re1.fi.
The merchant is liable for statutory defects in the products in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
8. Personal Data and Data Protection
The online store handles customers' personal data confidentially.
The information is used solely for processing the order, delivery, and managing the customer relationship.

9. Resolving disagreements
These terms are governed by Finnish law.
If disagreements cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer customer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
